Excellent Creation Museum Op-Ed

My Dad saw this in the Lebanon (TN) paper today. The author, Mark Rose, refutes a number of the common points made in many "mainstream" stories about the museum. He has posted the column on his blog.

I especially liked the quote: "Students who accept this material (creationism) as scientifically valid are unlikely to succeed in science courses at the college level." (This is baloney. I, for one, am a strict creationist who somehow ended up with a Bachelor of Science degree.)

I, my wife, and my two sons all have bachelor's degrees from accredited state universities too. We are all proud to be strict creationists.

It's simply ridiculous to say that students skeptical or critical of evolution will fail. If anything, these THINKING people will make the very best scientists (but the very worst propagandists for the evolutionist establishment).
